Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 July 2026. Effective date: 15 July 2026

These Terms govern the relationship between WebDoneNow ("we", "us", "our") and any client ("you", "your") who buys or uses a WebDoneNow website subscription. By starting a subscription or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services we provide

WebDoneNow designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites for small businesses. Standard packages are Starter, Standard, and Pro. Bespoke work is quoted separately.

  • Starter: 3-page website with a contact form
  • Standard: 5-7 page website with extra lead-generation features
  • Pro: up to 10 pages, custom design options, content sections, reviews, analytics, and calendar booking where suitable

Build timelines start when we have the content we need from you. Starter and Standard are usually built within 48 hours from content receipt. Pro is usually built within 72 hours.

2. Subscription pricing

  • There is no setup fee and no deposit for standard packages.
  • Each standard package has a 12-month minimum term.
  • After the minimum term, you may cancel with 30 days written notice.
  • Monthly fees are billed in advance through Stripe.
  • UK clients are billed in GBP. Clients outside the UK are billed in USD.
  • Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. What the subscription includes

  • Website build within the scope of your chosen package
  • Hosting, SSL, DNS management, and uptime monitoring
  • Standard available domain registration or renewal up to $25 per renewal year
  • Security updates and small content changes
  • Basic technical SEO setup, including metadata, page titles, schema where relevant, and sitemap structure

The subscription does not include major redesigns, extra pages outside your package scope, custom backend systems, paid advertising, premium domains, above-allowance domain renewals, or SEO work beyond the technical basics unless agreed separately.

4. What you provide

To build your website, you agree to provide accurate business information, service details, service areas, contact details, photos or stock-image permission, domain information if you already have a domain, and timely replies during the build.

5. Revisions

  • One revision round is included during the preview stage.
  • Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
  • Revisions cover reasonable content and layout tweaks. They do not include a full redesign unless that has been agreed in writing.

6. Ownership and licence

  • You own the content you provide, such as photos, text, business information, and logos.
  • We own our reusable templates, code structure, design framework, and build system.
  • While your subscription is active, you have a licence to use your website as deployed.
  • If your subscription ends, we can discuss transfer or handover options where practical, but hosting, DNS, security, and future domain renewals become your responsibility after the cancellation period.
  • Finished websites may include a small footer credit/link identifying WebDoneNow as the website provider.
  • We may use your completed website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

7. Domains

  • If you already have a domain, we will connect your website to it.
  • If you need a domain, we can register one standard available domain up to $25.
  • Premium, brokered, auction, unusual high-cost, or above-allowance domains are not included unless you approve the extra cost first.
  • You are responsible for confirming the spelling, business fit, and lawful use of any domain before we register it.

8. Cancellation and non-payment

  • The first 12 months are the minimum term for standard packages.
  • If you ask to stop during the minimum term, the remaining minimum-term payments may still be due unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • After the minimum term, you may cancel with 30 days written notice.
  • If payment is overdue by more than 14 days, we may suspend the website, pause work, or terminate service.

9. Your responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for checking that your website content is correct before approval.
  • You agree not to request or publish illegal, defamatory, misleading, or rights-infringing content.
  • You are responsible for licences or permissions for content you provide.

10. Data and privacy

We process client and lead data in line with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your business complies with data protection laws relevant to your own customers and jurisdiction.

11. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the issue giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, lost customers, or issues caused by third-party services outside our control.
  • We are not liable for domain, hosting, payment, email, analytics, or search-platform failures caused by third parties.

12. Governing law

  • For UK clients, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • For US clients, these Terms are governed by applicable US federal and state laws.
  • Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where the client is based, unless otherwise required by law.
