How long does it take to build my website?
48 hours from when we receive your content. That means your business name, services, photos, service area, and any branding you have. Once we've got that, we build, deploy, and send you a preview link within 48 hours. If you need changes, we do one round of revisions within 7 days of your site going live.
What's included in the price?
Every package includes a professionally designed, mobile-responsive website deployed to your domain. Starter gives you 3 pages with a contact form. Standard adds 5-7 pages, an online booking system, photo gallery, and enhanced local SEO. Pro adds custom design, blog, analytics, review system, and priority support. All packages include SSL, basic SEO setup, and one round of revisions.
How much does it cost?
Starter is £497 (launch price £348). Standard is £997 (launch price £698). Pro is £1,997 (launch price £1,398). All prices are 30% off during our launch offer. Monthly maintenance is optional: £49/mo for Starter, £89/mo for Standard, £149/mo for Pro. You can cancel monthly maintenance anytime with 30 days notice. US clients are billed in USD at equivalent rates.
How does the deposit work?
You pay a 20% deposit when you order. For the Starter package, that's about £79. For Standard, about £159. For Pro, about £319. The deposit secures your slot and covers the initial design work. The remaining balance is due when your website goes live on your domain and you're happy with it.
Do I own the website when it's done?
Yes. Once you've paid in full, you own the website. It's deployed to your domain, and you have a perpetual licence to use it. No rental fees, no lock-in. If you cancel your monthly maintenance, the website is still yours — you just handle updates yourself.
Do I need to provide photos?
Ideally, yes. Photos of your work make a huge difference. But if you don't have any yet, we can use high-quality stock images as placeholders, and you can swap them out later. We'll send you a simple guide on what photos work best.
What if I don't have a domain name?
No problem. We can deploy your site to a subdomain of webdonenow.com (e.g. yourtrade.webdonenow.com) for free, or we can help you buy a domain (typically £10-15/year). If you already have a domain, we'll deploy straight to it.
Can I cancel the monthly maintenance?
Yes, anytime with 30 days notice. No cancellation fees, no penalties. Your website stays live — you just handle hosting, updates, and security yourself. If you want to come back to us later, we can pick up maintenance again.
What if I don't like the website?
Every package includes one round of revisions within 7 days of your site going live. If something's not right, we'll fix it. If it can't be fixed, you can request a refund of the balance (not the deposit) within 7 days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every website we build includes basic SEO: meta tags, page titles, alt text, and a Google-optimised structure. Standard and Pro packages include enhanced local SEO with schema markup and local keyword targeting. SEO takes time to work — we set the foundation, but ranking depends on your area, competition, and how long your site's been live.
Do you work with trades outside the UK?
Yes. We work with tradespeople in the UK and the US. Pricing is in GBP for UK clients and USD for US clients. The process is the same — we just adjust for time zones when scheduling calls.
What trades do you build websites for?
Plumbers, electricians, builders, roofers, plasterers, painters, carpenters, landscapers, gas engineers, HVAC technicians, tilers, drain specialists, pest control, and any other trade where customers search online before calling. If you're a tradesperson without a website, we can help.

Do you offer SEO services?
Yes. We offer two SEO add-ons that can be added to any package. The SEO Setup Bundle (£297/$297 one-time) includes advanced schema markup, Google Business Profile setup, Search Console + Analytics, 50+ local directory citations, keyword strategy, and XML sitemap. Ongoing SEO (£99/$99 per month) adds monthly keyword tracking, 1 blog post or service page per month, 5 new directory citations per month, and a monthly SEO report. We handle technical SEO well — schema, site speed, mobile optimization, structured data. Ranking depends on your area, competition, and time.
How do I get started?
Go to our Get Started page, pick your package, fill in the form with your business details, and pay your deposit. We'll send you a content form within 24 hours. Once you send that back, your website goes live within 48 hours.
