How long does it take to build my website?
Starter and Standard packages are usually built within 48 hours of receiving your content. Pro packages are usually built within 72 hours. The sooner you send your business details, photos, and service information, the sooner we can start.
What content do I need to provide?
Your business name, contact details, list of services, service areas, and any photos or logos you want included. You can send all of this through the Client Portal after subscribing. If you don't have photos, we use relevant stock images.
Do I own the website?
The website is built and hosted by WebDoneNow as part of your monthly subscription. If you decide to leave after your 12-month minimum term, you can request an export of your content. The design and code remain property of WebDoneNow.
What if I need changes after launch?
All packages include small content changes as part of the monthly maintenance. This includes updating text, swapping photos, adding a service, or changing contact details. Larger changes like adding new pages may incur a small fee depending on the package.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Standard or Pro at any time. The price difference is prorated from the upgrade date. Contact us through the Client Portal to request an upgrade.
What happens after the 12-month minimum term?
The subscription continues month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days written notice after the minimum term ends. There are no exit fees — you just stop paying and we stop hosting.
